If you are not entirely satisfied with your Pet Treat or Pet Nibbles Accessory purchase, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee!
If you or your pet is not 100% satisfied with any of our pet treat products or accessories, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your purchase to notify us of your problem. We will then send you either A) replacement treats or accessories, or B) a full refund of your purchase, including shipping costs.
This policy applies to all of the pet treats and accessories we sell that are not marked as "Close Out". All Close Out items are non-refundable. Note that abuse of this policy may be subject to management suspending your account, and blocking further purchases by you from Pet Nibbles.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at email@example.com, or use our return form within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order. In your request, you must reference the following information in your email:
We're sorry, but if you do not provide your order number, we cannot process your refund.
Once we receive and review your request, you will be provided a status update surrounding your request. If your product requires a full return to be eligible for a refund, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label so that you may return the product to our attention.
Please ensure your phone number and email address are correct so that we may contact you about your issue.
Upon receipt of the item (if return shipment is required), we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (your original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. We ask that you give us here at Pet Nibbles at least 30 days to complete all return transactions.
We will gladly provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for any product returns that should require a return shipment to us (requirement to return the actual product depends on the product purchased from Pet Nibbles). Please note that if you decide to ship the product back directly, without first requesting a refund, we cannot be responsible for shipping costs.
